Free real-time travel information for Singapore–Malaysia Causeway commuters
Jam Or Not (causewaynow.net) is a free, mobile-first web app built for daily commuters, weekend travellers, and anyone crossing between Singapore and Malaysia via the Johor–Singapore Causeway (Woodlands / Johor Bahru) or the Second Link (Tuas / Tanjung Kupang). We aggregate live government data feeds and official APIs into one fast, no-login-required dashboard so you can make smarter travel decisions before you leave home.
Real-time estimated crossing durations for Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints in both directions — Singapore to JB and JB to Singapore. Live traffic camera snapshots let you see queue lengths visually so you can judge whether it is worth leaving now or waiting an hour.
Browse months of recorded crossing data to identify the quietest times of day and the best days of the week for your route. The heatmap is built from thousands of actual travel-time observations logged anonymously every 15 minutes around the clock — not modelled estimates.
Daily-updated Singapore and Malaysia pump prices for RON 95, RON 97, and diesel, shown side by side with a currency-converted cost comparison. See at a glance whether it makes financial sense to fill up on the Malaysian side or in Singapore, based on the current exchange rate.
Live Electronic Road Pricing charges for every active gantry across Singapore expressways and CBD roads, sourced directly from the Land Transport Authority (LTA). Rates are updated whenever LTA publishes a revision so you always see the current charge for your route.
Real-time incident alerts covering accidents, roadworks, vehicle breakdowns, and lane closures on Singapore expressways (PIE, CTE, AYE, TPE, KPE, MCE, and more). Spot trouble on your route before you encounter it and divert early.
Find bus stops near your current GPS location and see live arrival times for every service at that stop. Save your most-used stops as favourites and they will appear on the home screen as a quick-access widget with live arrival countdowns — no need to open the full bus page every time.
All data is sourced from official, public-facing government APIs and live traffic feeds:
